Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we currently do not accept returns on:

Opened or used coffee products (beans, ground, or instant)
However, if your order arrives:

Damaged

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue at care.brownsoulcoffee@gmail.com.
Refunds & Replacements
Once we review your request:

We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the issue.
